Chef Joe Jacobsmeyer

Chef Joe Jacobsmeyer of Joe Squared: Private Chefs came into the culinary world during a successful career in Hospitality Management.  His passion for cooking began at a young age and even took him into the United States Marine Corps, where he served four and half years as a Marine and cook/baker in 29 Palms, CA and Okinawa.  His detour into hospitality only further increased his desire to cook more, and in 2010 he began attending the Le Cordon Bleu at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.

He and his business partner, Chef Joe Halton, started Joe Squared in March of 2011 and enjoy meeting new clients and creating great food for them.  Chef Joe J enjoys feels that a great meal also assists in making great memories, and Frog Hollow Farm produce makes those memories even more sustainable.
